I've been promising to deliver pictures of finished objects for a while, and up until now I haven't. Well here it is! Actually, there's only two things that I've recently finished, but two is better then nothing!

Anyways, here's the Absorba mat that I finished quite a while ago but have totally neglected documenting. As you could tell, the bathroom it's sitting in is rubber ducky themes so the Peaches n' Cream Double worsted yarn I chose had yellow's blue's white's and light green's to go with rubber ducky colors and the colors of the bathroom. It came out really sturdy and super nice! I personally love this mat. It's really soft and it lives up to it's name! It's on of the most efficient things I've knit.

The other one that I
finally finished was the Grasshopper socks. I finished these Friday night as I only had 5 rows left of the cuff to go, so they were finished. These are super comfy, super soft, and fit my calves beautifully! The only problem I have with them is the same problem everyone else seems to have with them. They don't stay up all the time, so I'm thinking of undoing the cuffs and reknitting them with elastic so that they stay up better. Other then that these socks are great!

Since I finished these socks I also cast on the Solstice Slip socks. I'm loving how easy the pattern is so far, and how they feel. They're typical Socks that Rock in that they're super soft, super pretty, the colorways are awesome, and they're just all around awesome! It's a pretty easy knit and it's going by pretty fast.
I've also picked up the Frost Flowers and Leaves shawl again. I had messed up a couple of months ago and it frustrated me so I placed the shawl on time out. I was feeling pretty good yesterday so it was picked back up again. The pattern calls for 6 repeats of chart 2. I decided to add a 7th repeat, which is what I'm working on now, to make it a little bigger. It's going by pretty good so far, with minimal, if any, mistakes in the lace. Actually, when I fixed the mistake I had made a couple of months ago, everything went fairly smoothly. This is definitely one I'm looking forward to finishing.
There may be a late night post tonight as I'm anxiously awaiting UPS to stop by and bring me a little present I've been waiting for, so there may be a TON of pictures up later on tonight. If not tonight then tomorrow. I can't wait!
